How to express a skill or competence
It is important that you know how to express conveniently your skills and competences, so before you start choosing them by areas you should take into account the notes below:
You should give or describe situational examples or professional or living experience of times during your mobility when you have performed particular tasks or achieved particular outcomes using certain skills.
You should have an idea of the experiences from your mobility that you could use to demonstrate the competences. You should give all the details that you consider relevant for the job you are applying.
It is convenient that you use the following structure:
Description of the skills or competence + how you have acquired/improved/learnt it (task, living experience) + in a situation (job, neighbourhood, hobbies)
